We want you to have a good shopping experience with us and we pride ourselves on good customer service, so we would ask you to note our terms and conditions to avoid disappointment.

If an item is received damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt.

Damaged items reported within 24 hours will be replaced free of charge, or if a suitable item is not available then a refund may be made.

Delivery

Prices quoted include delivery by first class post to addresses in the UK. For deliveries to other countries by airmail see relevant extra charge. Please note that no tracking information is available for first class post or airmail. Proof of posting will be provided if requested, but if compensation or insurance is required then please contact for charges.etc.

Goods will be posted within 48 hours of ordering, usually the same day. If there are any changes to this then we will contact you to advise, and if necessary refund your money. We will send a message to acknowledge the order, and again when the goods are posted. I am sorry that collections are not possible and payment is by Paypal. Please contact if other payment methods are required.

Office hours are 9 am to 4 pm Monday to Friday, but we will try to reply to queries outside these hours.

Returns / Refunds policy

Items which are delivered in good condition but found to be unsuitable may be returned at the customers expense, provided we are notified within 7 days of receipt and returned with 28 days. We will only accept back items if unused, in a saleable condition and in the original packaging. We would suggest using a form of postage that will get a signature as we cannot raise a refund for items returned until they are received by us. Any item received that is not in a saleable condition may be returned to the purchaser once the appropriate carriage charge has been paid

Warranty

A 6 months manufacturers warranty applies to items purchased from this site. If a fault develops please notify us as soon as possible so that we can take the appropriate action. This action may be a replacement, or a refund, as appropriate.   Replacements will only be sent out if a fault is notified within 28 days of receipt, except at our discretion. Any item returned to us as faulty will be inspected and if it is a fault caused by customer misuse, wear and tear, or accident, then the warranty will not apply. Goods that have been modified, or repaired, or goods that cannot be proven to have been bought from Friends of Fido will not be covered by this warranty.
